6-Month Commitment: All memberships start with a 6-month commitment, then convert to month-to-month. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Early cancellation fee = 2 months of membership.
Rollover Credits
Members must use their accumulated credits by the end of the third month, or any unused credits will be forfeited. Birthday Credits are valid for the entire calendar year.
No-Show Policy
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit
50% of booking value or $100, whichever is
greater. Fee waived for documented medical
emergencies.
Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable. Elite and
Black members may gift one complimentary
visit per quarter to a non-member guest.
Retail Discounts
10% off (Glow & Signature) or 15–20% off (Elite & Black) all retail skincare. Not combinable with other promotions or sale pricing.
Payment Terms
Monthly auto-charge on the same date each month. 3-day grace period. Membership renews automatically until cancelled with proper written notice.
Pause Option
Memberships may be paused for medical reasons, pregnancy, or military deployment. Pause must be requested in writing with supporting documentation.
